Registration Fees

Please note that workshops/tutorials are not included with the main conference registration. If you would like to attend the workshops/tutorials, but are not attending the general conference, please select the appropriate 1-day or 2-day “Workshop/Tutorials” option only during the registration process.

PLEASE NOTE: The wording in the registration system is currently a bit confusing: if you wish to register ONLY for workshops and tutorials, you must select only the “complimentary” workshops and tutorials option first and then the fees will appear on the second page. If you wish to register for both the main conference and workshops and tutorials you must select the main conference option first and you can add workshops and tutorials on the second page. We are trying to get this fixed with our registration system provider and apologize for the confusion.

Registration fees are listed below. ACM membership offers discounted fees for registration. Registering for PPoPP gives access to the CGO and HPCA conferences.

The conference fee includes one complimentary Banquet Ticket and one complimentary Reception Ticket. The Workshops/Tutorials fee does not include a complimentary Banquet Ticket but it can be purchased separately.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Requests for refunds submitted in writing must be received no later than January 31, 2019, and are subject to a $60 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after this date.
